Help with Michelle Williams

Okay, I bought this particular item in 2011. Item was bought by a UACC dealer and did come along with the following info on the back of the photograph. "Michelle Williams (Dawsons Creek) at Vue Cinema 15/10/10"

Any assitance regarding whether you think this checks out authentically would be greatly appreciated! :)

Its kind of hard to see but it looks like it has some of the characteristics of the one I got back in the 90's in NYC.
