Sorry Adam. I found it among others in an old boxing book Willie Pep Remembers so I 'm assuming its a boxer.

As a matter of fact, inside the cover are the autographs of Jack Dempsey, Rocky Graziano, Jake Lamatta, Steve Belloise, Willie Pep, Chico Vejar and Peter Scalzo. The one in in the pic I posted is the last one I can't identify. They were all World Champion boxers from the 40's-50's.
