Lack of Professionalism from "The Autograph Guys" a.k.a. gatewayautos

I had watched several youtube videos about "The Autograph Guys" and decided to check out their website. There were a few items that caught my eye and decided to put in a reasonable best offer for them since that option was given. It took a few days to even receive any kind of response, but here it was:

To which my reply to them was the following:

"Hello,

I can't even begin to count how many things are wrong with this. First of all, what kind of a horrible grammatically impaired response is this? You are supposed to be representing a more professional business and I receive a response that looks like a twitter message from a middle school student. Secondly, your prices greatly vary on the same items between the website and ebay which puts forth a terrible vibe for any potential customers like myself.

You don't even try to seal a deal through your own website contact form and follow up with a way to do a direct deal through paypal. Your lack of professionalism astounds me and has completely put me off for any potential business.

Had you handled this is in a more appropriate manner not only would you have received a first order of at least a couple hundred dollars from me, but would have more than likely gained a repeat customer if treated with some kind of dignity and proper service, and lastly would have given some praise to others through word of mouth. Instead you will receive the exact opposite.

Thanks, but no thanks.

If you are correct, than PSA needs to rethink their ranks. But their are several strange things that would seem to suggest another Zac. First, why wouldnt all the items the autograph guys are selling be certed by PSA? Obviously the guys would know their items would fetch at least double with that sticker, so why not pass them. And it would seem that PSA would have to know that the Zac from the autograph guys, and the individual they have employeed are the same people. Afterall, a shipping address from the guys and a little research and it could be found out pretty easy. Maybe thats the reason they dont have PSA stickers, but i still find that strange.

Another thing that seems to point in a different direction, is the recommendation that the autograph guys give. They are pretty obviously against the TPAs according to their statements. Also encouraging the viewer to go to Autograph Alert to read the "truth". If this were the same Zac, this would cause major problems. Even if PSA was letting him slide by as one of the autograph guys, i highly doubt they would allow him to stay employeed while telling everyone how bad they are, while working his side business. I would think PSA would fire him pretty quick if he was publically bashing their skills, as it wouldnt be hard to find out if it was him behind the autograph guys.

Maybe he is the same guy, and if he is, then Houston weve got a big problem. Is their any hard evidence its him? If their is solid evidence, then it needs to be exposed on this site, as it would make for some pretty important news.

Your probably right its not the same Zach. But What I have said about the Zach Grullo stands. He is a i person guy and is associated with sellers of in person signatures. He also is a jerk from my interactions with him at All Star games years ago. Ever notice how lots of in person sellers have everything in inventory with PSA stickers? It is my belief that these items are not really looked at by PSA and they are simply purchasing the stickers in good faith that these autographs are obtained in person by "friends" of psa.
