Hard to tell just from looking at that. First thing I would check is if it's real ink. Might be pre-printed, super imposed on there, or something along those lines. Can't tell that without looking in person.

This is a very common style forgery now seen very often on the market. Luckily, it never varies and they are very easy to spot - all coming from one source obviously.
