Considering picking this up.  What do you guys think of the autographs from Slash and Duff?  I have been trying to compare to others that have PSA, JSA or REAL.  From what I can tell they look authentic to me.  Wanted to get some others opinions on them though.

I have an Appetite for Destruction signed by Duff, Slash, and Steven that was signed in 1988 in Dallas, Tx ip, what are they asking? Banned cover

I am still negotiating with the guy but I was hoping to get it for under $150. I am not sure what I should expect to pay for something like this, still somewhat new to autograph collecting.
Look good to me.

I'd say $150 is about fair.

Both Slash and Duff are not hard to get and can easily be obtained through the mail. They both are great signers in person and ttm. Maybe you could save some money and send something through the mail to them along with Adler who is also decent ttm. Slash also personalizes everything he signs ttm, which in my opinion, is pretty cool. Takes a few months though, so if you cannot wait, I'd say $150 is about fair for this.

Where do you write those guys to get them to sign something?  Could you advise?

http://www.fanmail.biz/

They have any celebrity addresses you want along with success rates. There is also a very nice forum community where they talk about recent success and who signs and who does not. Slash is one of the best through the mail signers there is.

Kevin

This is another Slash I am looking at.  Any opinions on authenticity would be appreciated.  Thanks

Looks good to me.

Those look good to me as well, but I think $150 is a bit high on the price.

I recently got an Appetite with Axl Slash Duff and Steven for 150.  Keep looking because Slash and Duff sign so often they are pretty easy to find...

Man I love all the GNR love here!  My favorite band in the world!

Was that the one from Worlwidegraphs? If it is, it is not real. I had Roger take a look at it who said it is not real and we also had a discussion about Worlwidegraphs. We came to the conclusion he had a large amount of very questionable items and some definite forgeries.

Really?!?

It is indeed from Worldwidegraphs on ebay.  It matches very closely to my other Axl Steven and Duff autos.  I plan on sending to either PSA or JSA for authentication, so I guess time will tell.

I made an offer on it because I was certain that those three where authentic, as I have other examples that I know are authentic because I obtained them....

They looked really close and could very well just be rushed sigs, but then again, he accepted $150 for an item that goes $700+. I have many examples as well and it was close, but just how shady the listing is and also going off his other items turned me away. The Slash also looked very off to me and the Axl seemed too clean.

He also tried offering me a McCartney for $500 and when I saw it I sent it to Roger who said it was no good. I told him that it was no good and worlwidegraphs flipped on me. It's definitely a seller I'm staying clear of.

I wish you luck and maybe it is authentic and under in person authentication, will come back as the real deal.

Kevin

Good Point, about accepting the offer.

Im going to email and ask for a refund, but I don't like my chances!
