Whose signature?

I have an Arizona Diamondbacks hat with several signatures from back in the day
I have most of them figured out except one... Can anyone tell me if you recognize it?

I've been searching and doing image searches and coming up with nothing but confusion.

My friend thought maybe Craig Counsell but I don't see enough similarity.

(like 1998-2001)

Looks a little sloppier then usual but I think it is Craig Counsell. His rushed signatures look very similar.

Any chance you can post picture of the whole hat?
