I believe the photo is printed on or stamped, however the scrap of paper one may be authentic.
Hey Jeffrey,

Thanks for the reply. Im sure its hard to tell from the pic but the photo is definitely not a stamp, it is ink and has identions on back from pen being pressed down. I have other photos that are clearly stamps or preprinted. This is hand written, just not sure by who.
Steve
Hi Steve, unfortunately the photo is indeed a preprint. If there is indentations coming onto the back it is from the machining process. This style of sincerely and signature can be found on many of his 1950s photos. They are quite tricky if you are not used to seeing it. Usually it's used more on the closeup photo with hands resting under his chin. I am not at home at the moment to upload my exemplar, but can later. If you do a quick search on Elvis photos on google images you will probably come across one. Same exact penning, same color blue.

Where did the images go that were up? Why were they taken down?

That elvis before you made it disappear was not authentic and a stamp. Why would you remove the pics?

i hate to say it, but i imagine its destined for ebay marketed as a real autograph

You are 1000% incorrect Carl Ryan. I'm sure you guys are used to seeing people do that but I am not one of those people. I have had these pieces for many years and have not intention of selling either. Especially under the pretense of deceiving someone. Thank you to Jeffery for actual valuable input.
