Who the hell is A-tag? And according to their website you don't send in items to them. So my next question is what documentation did they give you? 

I can tell you with certain their COA's hold no value or credibility as no one knows who they are. Had you said Roger, PSA or JSA maybe. My opinion stands the one the OP posted is a forgery and I hope yours isnt also.

Personally I once saw a Nevermind cassette tape signed just like this including the horns, that was quite a few years back, it was £500 which it sold.
