it is completely 100 percent authentic. i came to visit my parents and this has been in a beatles puzzle box i kept it in when i was a child and its just been sitting around in their house all this time.. now i am ready and willing to part with it. it is very unique as well as interesting. i have been searching the internet to see if kurt has drawn this image on the inside of the record before or at all, ive seen other things but not this. on the inside of the album on the booklet it appears to be a stick figure that also looks like a sad face. i wouldn't be surprised if he did it multiple times because not many autographs are online to purchase that i can find.. this is a rare incredible gift for any nirvana fan. im going to be honest i didn't care much for any autograph really other than kurts, and he signed the booklet not the cd, so i did put it in my radio once and listened to it but it is in incredible condition none the less.
