A little help please, ultimate authentics

Hi guys, new to the forum and new collector, Ive bought a couple of items from an ebay seller selling items with COA's from "ultimate authentics" like the one pictured.  Has anyone heard of this company?  I cant find anything using a search. Appreciate any input.

Remember a General Rule of thumb is you generally get what you pay for and While I am no expert in Football I dont like that Jerry Rice just looks off to me. There are some good football guys here that may be able to help you.There was a thread saying not good things about Ultimate Authentics

PERSONALLY I HAVE SEEN SOME OF THE STEELERS AUTO'S FROM ULTIMATE AUTHENTICS AND I SURE WOULDN'T BUY ANY!! I COLLECT ONLY STEELER AUTO'S.... BEEN DOING IT FOR YRS. AS I LIVE IN THE PITTS. AREA . I GET MOST OF MY AUTOS MYSELF. SADLY THERE IS ALOT OF EBAY PEOPLE FROM THE PITTS. AREA ON EBAY  SELLING MOSTLY FAKES!!! REPORT TO EBAY IS A JOKE!!! I KNOW THESE GUYS, THEY USE ACE (JUSTIN PRIDDY) FOR 3RD PARTY AUTHENTICATION AT 5 BUX AN ITEM. THESE GUYS TAKE THOUSANDS OF ITEMS EVERY YEAR TO HIM WHEN HE IS IN TOWN  AND HE PASSES EVERYTHING!!!! DISGRACE TO THE HOBBY!!! THEY ALSO SALE AT A FEW OF THE BIGGER LOCAL FLEA MARKETS. I CONFRONT THEM ALL THE TIME AS THEY KNOW THAT I KNOW THEIR GAME!  LOOKING 4WARD TO CHATTING WITH YOU GUYS AS I JUST SIGNED UP HERE TODAY    ANYONE EVER LOOKING FOR STEELER ITEMS LET ME KNOW  THX SHAWN
