JD Salinger Signed First Edition of "The Catcher in the Rye" REAL or FAKE?

I saw this on eBay, and was curious if this is a real JD Salinger signature. It was sold for $800.

What are your thoughts?

There were no COA's or LOA's that came with it.

After a second look it doesn't look like It was signed early on but I don't think it is an obvious fake if it isn't authentic here are a number of authentic ones
