if that is the only photo you have on which to base a judgement, I would avoid it. I cannot tell anything from this.

Seller just responded saying he has his camera in the shop to be fixed, won't be able to take more pictures. I've never heard this before.

Mike, there are normally reasons why scammers put up crappy photos.  As we mentioned before, it would be better for all of us if you post clear photos, otherwise its a waste of everyone's time, including yours.
