Authenticity is Everything
eBay: Sieger6466 Obama and Dalia Lama signed items
Anyone have any opinions on these? I bought a Obama baseball from him and these others look suspicious. Plus he has some rare items which concerns me. That may not be fair, but I am nervous.

make sure you insure the ball for at least what you paid for it. one of their scams is to say that the item was damaged in shipment.

lol yeah no way any of this guys junk is real and none of it would pass any authentication service. I already reported the seller to eBay. Can't trust anyone when it comes to autograph stories. Obama never really signed baseballs to begin with even before he was president. There are not many baseballs out there that are real. Needless to say make sure you file a claim with him and report him to eBay. It's sad seeing people pay high $$ amounts for this fake crap that this scum is listing!
PS to Ryan Maxwell, by doing research I have found the users name and phone number if you need it to contact him.
Also someone should send him this link to let him know that people are on to him.

I love how some of these have the nice added subscription too lol. I don't understand how eBay takes so long to pull items? I am assuming a few of us have reported him.

Many of his signatures are not real, check Schwarzenegger ... , Dalai Lama is not genuine for sure too, I got signed pic looking much different .

I have a signed Obama book and this signature is not consistent with the signature I obtained. On authentic Obama signatures, the "b" in his last name usually crosses all the way through the "O." This is something I noticed from all of the authentic signatures that I have seen.

The seller- sieger6466 - is now refusing to refund the item unless i produce a letter from JSA saying it did not pass. JSA wants me to pay for this letter (they didn't charge me an authentication fee when it failed). Look at ALL of his autographs he is selling. JSA said they were ALL likely fake. This guy is a crook! Please report his listings that you think are not real.
Should I risk returning the ball and not getting y money back? Should I pay JSA for the denial letter? Thanks for any advice or feedback.

FILE a claim with Paypal and Ebay. You have good protection with them. Paypal can freeze the funds today. You do not need to pay for a letter of refusal from JSA. I would keep all emails you have from JSA etc..
Ebay still protects you even though he is not offering a refund under his return policy - This is the from ebay "

You item is NOT as described. Its fake! But make sure you go through paypal and freeze the funds.

Just file a claim through eBay. If you do this, you will be required to send the ball back. Make sure you send with a delivery confirmation number at the very least to prove that the item reaches the seller. Once you do this you will get your money back. That is the only good thing you have working for you is that eBay will always side with the buyer.
When you file a claim just make sure you request full money back and if you have to put a link to this website as well. If you need any help or assistant in doing this please let me know and I will be more than happy to help you out.

Just some more information for you Ryan: I assume you have the sellers contact name from the payment. By looking up his homemade COAs this is where his shop seems to be located.

I opened a claim through eBay, but under terms of the return the seller said I need the JSA letter which I didn't want to pay for. How do I escalate this to get someone from eBay involved? Do I have to wait a certain number of days after I opened the claim? Under the FAQ'a, it says to escalate the claim, but I don't know how or where to do that.
