Ebay seller claims "PSA Likely Genuine" opinion on this Ted Williams Ball

Some of theses ebay sellers will go to any lengths to peddle their forgeries.  Take a look at this ridiculous example of a poor Ted Williams forgery on a Bobby Brown baseball, and tell me if you believe PSA would have deemed it "likely authentic":

Looks like the item was removed so I can't get a closer look, but even from this pic it looks way off... I would love to know how the "Quick Opinion" process works.

I don't believe PSA passed this.  I checked out the sellers "sold" items, they were all forgeries.

If it is so good, then why not get it fully authenticated?  Also note the low number of feedbacks.
