bit of help needed

hi ,people  just obtained this ali from a charity auction looks like it original come from heritage auctions with this pre certified psa dna  based in the uk  not sure , 1 what is that certificate  2 heritage actions are they ok  3 had it checked by www. aliautos  who said  likely authentic any views anyone

I have one very very similar on the same pamphlet but made out to john martin,I've had it about 15 years and it's a great signature like yours,do you mind me asking how much you paid for it?
