Authenticity is Everything
Need some help with a REALLY cool piece.
I have the opportunity to purchase the following two pages of autographs. What concerns me the most is the Robinson as well as who signed the actual "Autographs" page. I know Lester Patrick signed it and that's a huge name in hockey.
I think they're all legit in my opinion.

I'm in the "keep in intact/display the whole piece" camp.
My personal preference: Have it framed and matted, then have a Robinson nameplate made to affix to the mat.

I'm not wasting my time looking for any piece for you to trade for, if you want to destroy a museum piece to make a tiny random Jackie cut, that's your problem... You're crazy if you think someone will trade a Ruth or Cobb for that. I can go buy a 1/1/ 4x6 index card slabbed signed by Jackie Robinson big and bold right now for $900. Please show me where I can buy a Ruth for $900 right now? I'll do it in an instant.
A single signed Jackie is more valuable IMO, but as Steve and others have said this is definitely a museum type piece, or at least one with such a great story, that you would be a flat out moron to destroy IMHO. Dane also brings up a good point about how the paper will yellow at different rates based on what is exposed.
If you are just looking for a Jackie sig, then why not "look for a Jackie sig" and not a multi-signed item?

Ryan I was kidding about the Ruth and stuff haha. I do own it, just haven't seen it myself yet. My mom said it arrived yesterday in the morning. I purchased this because I thought it was a pretty good deal, but my thought was I'd cut it out and frame it with an 8x10 to put alongside my Maris. Don't think I'll do that anymore so I'm looking over my options.

It is a nice item but it appears you bought it specifically for the Robinson autograph. Not sure what you paid for this item but you can buy a nice authenticated Robinson 3" x 5" card for probably what you have in this piece that would probably mat and frame and look better as a display than this one.
However, you own it so you can do whatever you want with it. I'm just not sure this would make a stunning display with the head of Robinson under the autograph and the head of Jack Kramer above it.
Just my opinion.

Yeah I'm just kidding about already having cut it haha. Not sure what I want to do yet. The autograph really is in GREAT shape. The seller told me that but the pictures weren't the greatest and I was pleasantly surprised when I saw it in real life for the first time.

You've got some valuable hockey autographs on the item, too, Mike. Besides the Lester Patrick you mentioned, it looks like Clarence Campbell signed it, too. The page of NHL signatures would make a nice full display on its own.

It also looks like Bullet Joe Simpson signed it. His is a rare Hall of Fame signature on it's own (died in 1973). I'm sure there are other hockey signatures of good value there. I'd be happy to own that page alone.

Leo Dandurand is on there too. Former Habs owner. A lot of obscure rarer signatures haha. Also think top right is Whipper Watson (the wrestler)
