Could easily be another Bill Mastro card but if were, he might have to submit it from jail. Not sure if he is serving the sentence yet or not.
Sure looks beautiful but as William said, the chances of PSA grading it other than authentic is extremely unlikely.
Most card collectors would prefer a lower grade card for equivalent money over this beautiful altered one but in its current state it is still very valuable to the right person.
Some collectors hate graded cards and would pop this one out and proudly stick it in their '52 set but most wouldn't touch an altered card.

For the record, PSA/CU still insist that the Wagner isn't trimmed, and the only person saying anything to the contrary is up on felony charges of fraud.
He was found guilty of fraud partly because of admitting to trimming the Wagner card as well as running shill auctions and misrepresenting other auction items.
How did admitting guilt of that offense help his defense?
Was he more concerned with hurting PSA than saving his own hide?

That would invalidate the entire sequence of claims by Ray and Mastro, though. The card that Mastro claims to have bought from Ray and then trimmed came from a sheet according to both Ray and Mastro.
