Thoughts on this Adrian Peterson?

I just purchased this. It was very cheap($60) so I'm thinking too good to be true. However, in the description says it has an AD28 hologram.

However, this was the only picture in the listing. I committed to the but in case he is telling the truth and I got one hell of a deal. Please let me know what you think about it.

It also has a COA from BC-Sports whom I have never heard of. There was a review of them online from somebody who seemed to know what they were talking about(advised on buying from steiner, uda, and BC sports).

Bcsports is now the sports vault who seems to be very reputable. They have many autograph signings in the Philly area so I guess they are legit? Just cannot believe that I got it for $60.
