Chuck Berry & Jerry Lee Lewis

Hey everyone!

I am new here. Not new to collecting but starting to take it VERY serious and trying to learn as much as possible!

I'm looking into these two autographs from Chuck Berry and Jerry Lee Lewis (pictured below.)

The Chuck Berry: 8x10 image

Registered dealers with the UACC (RD#212)
Come with a certificate of authenticity from Mike Munns Autographs.

2 RED FLAGS: This seems to be a very tough signature.

This dearlers sharpie colors tend to be VERY convenient. (dark picures with light sharpies, light pictures with dark sharpies.)

The Jerry Lee Lewis: 8x10 image

UACC Registered Autograph Dealer #192
Certificate of Authenticity (COA) provided (I'm not sure whose on it though)

RED FLAG: Seller has 3 of these in stock. I just don't see the Killer sitting there railing off a bunch of Autographs for someone to sell.

I would appreciate as much feedback as possible!

Chad - I just talked to a freind of mine and he sent Lewis a $20 donation and got his photo back signed. You might want to give that a try before sending $50.

I do, I pressed Jerry Lee's assistant pretty hard on the "ghost signer" thing and she was adamant that Jerry Lee was signing them. He does inscribe all items and put some nice inscriptions on the photos - "The Killer", etc. Good luck.

I sent photos. I assume they will sign other items with the proper return postage but don't know for sure.

I sent a couple photos with a check last week. I tried $20 per autograph. I received my return envelope back today and was excited. I looked at the images and noticed they were unsigned. I found my check and a note saying they were $50 each as of 1-1-14. What a bummer this was. I am out for my packing and shipping both ways with no sigs. I have to decide what or how many $50 is worth to me.
