I've stumbled across this site a few weeks back and realized there is a huge group of knowledgable folks here, and I have already learned a ton!

I've been wanting to add a Jordan jersey to my collection and I stumbled across the below items (2 different jerseys) and was hoping someone here can help me validate if these look legitimate.  The only thing stopping me from pulling the trigger is that they came from everyone's favorite - GA.

I realize not everything from GA is a fake, so Im hoping someone can help me out. Any tips on how to spot a real Jordan over a fake would be great as well.

Thanks all!

can anyone help me out with this?  sorry for bothering

Just had a quick glance - look like quick on person autographs. The first one looks better than the second though

this was apparently done on a golf course

I'd Stay away from any and all GA stickered items. They are all being produced in mass quantities and all coming from California. The list is growing daily of who they are producing.

I'd avoid both

Are you only saying stay away , or avoid because they are bad autographs ? Or because your dislike for Global ?

I think the autographs have good in person traits and if can be purchased for a good price then I would by them . I think they are authentic . Carlos seems to have a high knowledge of Jordan and is pretty on point on about his Jordan graphs. I have a autographed jersey from the vegas tourney I can post later tonight . But it looks sloppy .

Also Sipe (global) has a vast knowledge of Jordan as well . I would also take his word for Jordan if he was the one who looked at these jerseys. But that's just me . I know everyone here has there opinions .

Yea please post your jersey - I like to save pictures of MJs sloppy and deviant autographs. It's good to see deviations - helps with finding actual autographs v fakes

Its not a matter of disliking any company.  Im just not certain on the validity of the signature, and based on the responses in here it sounds like there are conflicting opinions.  I appreciate all feedback I have gotten so far.

As for price, this is in an auction and is currently at ~$200

It's always good to be cautious but these do resemble a quick MJ in person autograph
While it's good to know what his fast autographs look like I also love it when people don't and they don't bid on legit items that I can win very cheap lol
Exactly . I always like getting those deals . I try to judge the autograph , not the company or coa .

The problem is Sipe isn't the one looking at the Jordans. If anyone has a real Jordan signature and wanted to sell it why have GA look at it? Just putting that sticker on it would depreciate the value atleast $500 it doesn't matter if its authentic or not.

Lol. Ok not sure if you're aware but the general public don't know much about third party authenticators and so it's not rocket science to assume some are taking their items to GA not knowing their rep

Also to throw a blanket claim out there like that is ignorant
