Star Wars Cast Signed Card

Hi,

I just ran across this Star Wars signed 3x5 card that I bought back in my early autograph collecting days, back in 1999.  Can you give me your opinions on this?  This came with a COA, which is worthless, but, I included a scan for you to look at.
