Unless someone from the forum knows something I don't, I wouldn't give this seller a second look. He doesn't appear to be an in-person collector, and his items all lack significant authentication (i.e. they aren't from public/private signings). So where they came from is a mystery, and the fact that the seller doesn't identify what kind of COA accompanies the items indicates that the COAs are garbage.

I suggest spending the $8.00 for a PSA/DNA instant opinion. The seller is offering a money back guarantee so if you buy it get it authenticated by PSA or JSA, if it doesn't pass get your money back. Personally I wouldn't buy it unless it was authenticated and unless it was on a black or white jersey
