Ted Williams

I paid $50 for this signed photo at a small stand inside a mall in the mid 1980's.  It came with a COA at the time but I lost it over the years.  Please let me know what you think.

I was hoping someone would have an opinion on this.  I would be shocked if it was fake, but stranger things have happened.
