Why don't learn about what type of company Steve Sipe is running over there at GA. It's disgraceful, and you giving him business.

I have no idea about baseball signatures or the authenticity of these signatures. But i have to ask David, why did you at first pretend that you werent the seller?? You may have your own reasons for this, but it sends up every alarm bell possible when a member comes to the defense of his own items pretending that they arent his. As far as i read, you never said they werent yours, but you did talk about yourself in the 3rd person, and you definetly insinuated you just knew the seller, and werent the actual account holder. I dont understand this at all, when anyone does it, no matter who. If everything is legit, and it appears that it possibly was, then why not come here and state that these are your items, that you know the families, and then lay out the facts??? Why come in and pretend to just be someone who knows the seller?? It sets a very bad pretense to any argument or defense when this happens. Even if you are completely legit

David is someone involved in the industry and it's a business to him. He has to know and understand that anything with a GA COA is just as good as a GFA, ACE or Coach's Corner. If that's the case, then why pay Steve Sipe to sticker your items? Because he's approachable?

Carl, very simple answer. While I do with directly with the seller, that isn't my account and I am not the account holder. I partner with him know deals but I am not the actual account holder. In addition , my replies after do not pretend to not have some skin in the game so I don't see the issue. As far as Dom is concerned, GAI is an Ebay approved Authentication company, unlike the others you mentioned. What drew me to GAI was Steve's work with upper deck, Michael Jordan, tiger woods, etc. That's my choice to make, not yours. I submitted enough to jsa and Psa over time to be sucked dry by their insane fees...when you pay 50 bucks to get an item certed that sells for 100, how does that make jsa or Psa a good option? You worry about you dom, not me.

Again more BS. YOU are the person linked to that ebay account. Carl brings up a good point. Why did you come off as a friend of the seller or someone who bought stuff off him before. People who do that try setting themselves up as someone who can't be at fault for anything and are just native. But you aren't native about the autograph industry at all David. You are very much a part of it. And you KNOW GAI/GA/Steve Sipe are trash and will authenticate knowing forgeries. You know that is a fact. So you're excuse for dealing with someone like Steve Sipe is that he's "approachable?" You also throw out there that GA is not yet banned from ebay and that's another reason why you use them. Problem is you know they should be, just like GFA & ACE. Also, what type of work did Sipe do with Michael Jordan? Why, cause he was employed by Upper Deck for a few months before? He did not work with michael Jordan and Jordan does not even know who he is to this day. Why don't you go on ebay right now and take a look at the hundreds of Michael Jordan forgeries that come certified by GA...that you KNOW are FAKE!!

If you have items you say are authentic, why use a company like GA? Only reason anyone submits to them is cause they know anything & everything will pass. If GA offered to PAY ME to put their stickers on any of my items, I would reject the offer in a second. Stop using stupid excuses that make no sense.

Reasons why David choose to GA

1) Tired of JSA prices (GA is prob a lot cheaper since they don't even look at what they pass)

2) Steve Sipe previously worked at Upper Deck (That means what exactly?)

3) Steve Sipe is "approachable" (What about his reputation to collectors?)

4) Hey, GA is not on ebay's banned list yet (Translation: the customers that buy my items on ebay don't know that GA is as useless as ACE & GFA, like I do. But, I'll keep that little secret to myself)

5) It's my business & not yours (Usually when you call someone out for doing something that they know is wrong or immoral, you get that exact line back)

If Steve Sipe worked closely with Michael Jordan at Upper Deck & obviously knows his signature at expert level, why would he sign off on this trash?

Dom, I don't collect Michael Jordan signatures and dont know what ones psa GAI or JSA passes that are real or not. I know jsa has been tied to a huge forgery ring in the past and had to let people go. I know psa was involved with their own employees autogtaphs being auctioned at mastro and authenticated by the owners of the collection. I know there are rumors about all the authenticators. I don't really care which one of the 3 authenticate my items because I know i get them from the players or their families and I know they are real. I got a good deal at GAI and used GAI. Inwas comfortable that steve sipe not only worked at UDA for a few months as you say, but actually as the primary Authenticator for many many years. I know he worked directly with tiger woods as well and even got to golf with him. When you say he only worked there a few months and didn't know Michael jordan, you are only lying to the public. Do you know Michael Jordan? Did you ask him? Then why do you play mister know it all. I have proven you wrong countless times..you just lie and lie and lie. Take a look at ebay...you will see jsa certs all over the place on items that come from me..psa as well. But they don't Authenticate my items right? If you love jsa, use them. I am sorry but I don't deal with Guys I don't like or don't trust. I see you are blindly loyal to jsa but I will ask you, have you ever refuse to give business to someone you didn't like? i would assume you wouldn't bid on my Musial cards if they were 1 dollar each and would buy elsewhere...so use that exact example as to why I don't send my items to the places YOU want me to. Again when I said its my business so worry about yourself, I mean don't tell me who I should and should not deal with. If I don't like pizza hut, don't tell me I have to go to Pizza Hut. If I prefer Costco to sams, don't tell me i am wrong and that Costco is terrible. Worry about yourself. As much as you dislike GAI, I feel that way about the other two outfits. You worry about yourself old man.
What did sipe do at UDA? He was the guy who would sit with the athletes and watch them sign everything. Witnessed all the uda items for many years. You act like he was a shipping center working in the upper deck factory. He was the guy with the athletes. That's why I decided to work with him, that along with good pricing.

You not being a Jordan collector has nothing to do with it. That small sampling of GA Jordan items are all forgeries, and you know that. You are very involved in the autograph industry and I'm positive you can spot bad fakes with ease, just like most people in the industry. Would you like me to post some obvious GA Pujols and Rose forgeries too or are you not familiar with their signatures? I personally have not seen Michael in almost 5 years, but I do know someone who does. Do you know for a fact he went golfing with the athletes and oversaw all the autograph signings? No, it was told to you. So I can very easily say you are lying too. What I do know is my eyes do not lie to me, and just like you, can see all these GA Jordan's are forgeries. Again you didn't answer...If Sipe did that job, he would be an expert and Jordan's signature. That is a fact. Then why are 99% of Jordan autographs forgeries? How is that possible?

Yes, every 3rd party has made mistakes before. Many mistakes. We've exposed PSA & JSA  mistakes here before. Mistakes. What do ACE, GFA, Coach's Corner, Chistopher Morales and Global Authentics have in common? They don't make mistakes, it deliberate.

If you get shipments of hundreds of autographs at a time from the families of Pujols and Rose, then you are basically business owner. You are just like Stan the Man, Steiner, UDA ect. Why not have your own COA's & stickers manufactured instead of paying a 3rd party? Doesn't make any sense business wise.

Yes, I'm old. So will you be one day. I'd be willing to bet you still wouldn't want to get in a boxing ring with me. Being 6-5, 290 it would be tough for you to win even though I'm not nearly as fast or strong as when I was in my 20's. That's the second time you've made fun of people. First it was autograph collectors (the very people you make money off of.) Now the elderly.

David, who is your source for getting your Derrick Rose items signed? My contact inside the Chicago Bulls organization got back to me. He knows Derrick's brother Reggie, who is also Derrick's manager. According to Reggie, Derrick does not have any agreement to sign autographs for anyone that he knows of and claims Derrick has only signed items in the past for Mounted Memories.

You have to wonder if someone had an exclusive deal with Rose and Pujols, they wouldn't need to spend money for any 3rd party, let alone one like GA. Naturally, one would create their own COAs and holograms for far less money. I know I'd have pictures of each item being signed and many of myself with those athletes. I would promote the hell out of my business. You would be known as the 'go to guy' to get those athletes signature. You'd also be able to have customers send in their own items to be signed, where they would gladly pay you a premium. Why don't you do any of those things David?

Let me guess.... David: Well Dom, everyone in Derricks family doesn't know all his business. Does everyone in your family know where you are at all the time? I'm not going to go into detail how I get my product. I'm a busy guy and would rather just pay the approachable Steve Sipe to sticker my items instead of create my own. It's the way I chose to do my business, worry about your own. I am a shy guy who doesn't like my picture taken so that why I never ask them. Also, I don't like the idea of people sending me their personal belongings in the mail to get signed for fear they could get lost. I would feel horrible if someone sent me a personal item and UPS lost it or damaged it, so I don't do that. This is the last time you'll hear from me.

I don't know why, but for some reason, I just read the "David:" part and heard it in my head in a lowered "fake" tone....  :)

LOL I would love to hear from David on this. No person intimately in the industry would pay GA to authenticate their real items. Rather, you would create your own, just like Stan Musial, Willie Mays, Brett Farve, Nolan Ryan ect did. David would in fact be just like Brandon Steiner.
