Chwa why would you ask in this thread?  You have been here awhile.  Im sure you have seen the buy/sell/trade group.  Post it there.

Joe Jackson didnt know how to write let alone sign his name with perfect penmanship.

Tony, this baseball is the 26th Joe Jackson forgery Coach's Corner has offered so far in 2014. I don't think there is even that many known examples. Here is another Joe Jackson being offered this month, LOT 639 and at a whopping $33 already!

This 2cent stamped cachet shows an ink stamp that is dated April 10, 1930, nearly 10 years after Joe Jackson and his seven White Sox teammates were banned from professional baseball. It is hand-signed in blue ink by Shoeless Joe himself, a rarity at best, and comes with a full photo LOA from forensic examiner and former US Secret Service document expert Chris Morales. Valued well into the thousands from this legendary, tragic figure!

Let's also address the pink elephant in the room by pointing out that a real one would go for 80k.

Exactly, this would be the crown jewel of the most well respected auction house. Yet, this is buried in LOT 639, probably next to George Ruth's St. Mary's game used autographed jersey with the inscription "July 4, 1912"

I'm curious where they keep finding the old baseballs to use. It seems the source would eventually run out.

They'll buy as many trash baseballs they can. They'll dirty them up, put them outside, bring them inside and store in cat food for a while and then forge away.

Look at all the misspells in this description. If you can't tell this site is garbage, you deserve to throw your money down the garbage.

http://www.rareandsigned.com/?page=shop/aboutus

This is the site they say they get their "COAS" from. of course, no contact info.

What a pompous prick Lee Trythall is. I wish Luck would have punched him right in his ugly mug!

If a baseball like this existed it would be worth 7 figures easily. Why would someone sell this for $410 if they believed it was authentic?
