Well that didn't take long, he deactivated it.  Now I'll go in every week at random times to make sure he hasn't reactivated them.

I contacted Ed - with no response.  Ema did as well... and I don't believe she got a response either (she can add it under if she did).

I did ask Erick privately on FB why.... at first he played stupid and didn't seem to know what I was talking about.... even though I sent a link (same thing he did here when confronted with several accounts).  When I sent him a picture of the clown in his own folders and then also gave him a photo of himself (from FB) with the same camera he used to upload those photos to Deviant Art, he replied....

So there ya have it.  I let him know I'd be contacting authorities in his area.   To me its sad when a "fan" decides to cash in on their past idol.

I can't say I'm surprised. I no longer trust COA's. I use my own judgment when bidding on signed MJ memorabilia. :)

Just more to update here.  Erick McKay Burgos is still out in force forging Michael Jackson autographs. 

The reason I continue to track this person is because his autos (especially on artwork) has shown up in prominent auction houses, and in essence, that changes MJ's artwork history, as well as ripping people off.

He has two eBay accounts: He's using song_jack  http://www.ebay.com/usr/song_jack 

And always.top.10  http://www.ebay.com/usr/always.top.10

He recently sold these two items for just over 1,000

When I asked the buyer if these came from Erick (he had posted them here and asked opinions) - they did.  They were recently returned - they were sold under the song_jack account.

Right now he has some weird items for sale on his always.top.10 account listed here:  http://www.ebay.com/itm/181455154129  He's taken a few odds and ends with Mel Blanc printed on them on them and signed them in Michael's name (he did this kind of odd stuff on his Deviant art account--signing randomly weird stuff that has nothing to do with MJ)  The first one is a photo of Mel Blanc that he signed over his face (why?), and then the 3rd - another weird "eyeball" drawing--similar to his past drawings.

He's done others besides MJ (Beatles/Cobain and I honestly can't even remember the other ones). 

I'm currently watching the purchases he's recently made, as I'm sure they were bought to sign, so he can unload it on some poor fan.

If anyone sees these out there for sale (if your scanning for MJ auto's) please post a link onto this discussion so we can keep track of this thief.

The main thing that was obtained this last stint on eBay was that I now have his full address since the buyer was right on our forum, and I will use it to report him to authorities if he continues.. I didn't have it earlier.  (I'll be emailing him a link to this additional info so he will be sure to read this). 

The name he used to sell them was:  Jack Song, 14825 Vanowen St., Vannuys, CA  91405  - email addy: Jacksong6481@yahoo.com

His paypal is registered to Erick McKay (for the Jack Song eBay acct)

This piece is back up for sale on eBay from Craigerocksngemz

This is an Erick McKay piece and can be seen in the previous comment to this one from last year.  What I am surprised about is Craig is a member of our forum who told me he was getting the money back from Erick after he found out who he was and where the piece came from.  He even gave me Erick's address.  He said he did get his full money back after sending it back.  Yet its now available from Craig??  If you were not forced to return it but did get your money back Craig, this piece should be destroyed so it does not scam someone else.

Did the Bugs Bunny one also come from Erick? 

It looks an awful lot like the clown that Erick sold to Joe Brat that showed up on Radar online.
