Will be seeing Jeff Beck in the spring, wondering if anyone ever got an autograph from him. Thanks!

In London late 80's. He was walking with his friends to a Mexican restaurant near Piccadilly Circus. When I visit London I always have pen and paper with me. I asked him for an autograph. While signing it he said to me: "You really don't know who I am.... I'm Ronnie Wood".

Nice- my one and only trip to London in '89 I saw REM walking around Stonehenge and Keith Richards at Heathrow.  Unfortunately I wasn't a collector then!

I got him in 2012 after a show here. His road manager was the roadblock for most of the night, as he repeatedly insisted that Jeff was not going to sign anything. It was through sheer determination and extreme patience that I got him to sign 2 albums at 3 AM, after trying for the better part of the day. So I'd say that if you can get near him, he will sign, albeit a limited amount, as he clearly said to me "okay, only one, okay?" then signed an extra one as I complimented him on his fantastic show earlier...

3AM?!!!

I was a man on a mission- that road manager telling me to get lost, that beck wouldn't sign anything really ticked me off. If the artist tells me he doesn't want to sign, that's cool, I respect that. But this manager was just rude and nasty so I set my mind to a marathon wait if necessary. After i got those two sigs, I made a point of walking over to his manager and showing them to him. He wasn't happy. I was. I win. LOL! I had arrived at the theater at noon, hoping for a sig, and ended up not getting it until 3 in the morning outside his hotel. Loooooonnnnnnnggggggg day...

Good for you, Terry! Glad you stuck it to the road manager!
