Rock G says the items are forgeries not that Milton is a forger.

That is an opinion. Not illegal to state your opinion about anything. How do you slander an item? You guys that try and act smart amuse me.

the action or crime of making a false spoken statement damaging to a person's reputation.

Dude did you go to school?

If you are being defamed, you have the right to sue and collect damages for the damages the defamation caused you. Not only can you recover your actual damages, which can be difficult to quantify, it's also possible to recover punitive damages. You do not have to be able to specifically quantify your damages to file your suit; rather, if you can prove the elements of defamation, the judge or jury can determine the actual and/or punitive damages.

Let me explain what defamation is and then you can make the determination whether or not it is something you wish to pursue. I am going to provide you information on both slander and libel since they are so closely related and so often confused with each other. They are civil injuries that harm reputation, cause a reduction in respect, regard or confidence, or cause disparaging, hostile or disagreeable opinions or feelings against an individual or entity. The laws regarding libel and slander are the same. To prevail in a defamation suit for libel or slander and recover damages, a person ("Person A") must prove 4 things:

(i) another person ("Person B") conveyed a defamatory message they knew or should have known to be false;

(ii) the material was published (i.e., conveyed to someone other than Person A);

(iii) Person A can be identified as the person referred to in the defamatory material; and

(iv) Person A suffered an injury to Person A's reputation as a result of the communication.

Typically, before actually filing the suit, you would send them a letter detailing the situation and demanding that they: i) retract all prior defamatory statements made, and ii) cease and desist from making any in the future. The letter usually resolves the issue because people hate to get sued.

My Attorney's answer boys! maybe he should clean up shop?

Yes, I've been to school. Smart enough to know that if I think something is fake or a forgery I can state it all day long. My opinion about anything is not a statement of fact. Just as I can review any company online with my opinion and nothing they can do about it. Courts have ruled many times that the reviewer has the right to explain their experience.....even if their experience was exaggerated. There is case law and precedents set on both.  Your lawyer will tell you anything. They are getting paid.

BTW, aren't you the bonehead who doctored up  fake proof photo's? Would be pretty hard to prove anybody damaged your reputation worse than you have yourself. What would be your argument? "Yes, I damaged my own reputation from 100% to 20% and others damaged it from 20% to 5%? and than claim well others didn't have to make it worse.

Your a joke.

What gave it away? The dude did you go to school? lmao

Defamation also has to be untrue :) hmm.

Milton Lubin,

Wow, your attorney told you verbatim the exact same thing that is posted at http://www.justanswer.com/law/7mxi6-consequences-slander-defamation....

You didn't just copy and paste this and never really talk to an attorney did you?

The tool has a habit of copying stuff and claiming it as his own.

Nice find Chad. Funny stuff.

Look at the robe all the way on top of this page, Jonah
posted the picture, if you need to ask in a forum if this is real, then you have no business buying memorabilia, I can right now Stack this paragraph with hundreds of links to ebay items running as we speak that are 100% FAKE! I can even point out all the fakes on websites and big Auction houses, and expose the real junk that you guy are not even pointing out. Easier to pick on one man, look around and open your eyes! I wish everyone who said something about me would show us on this forum what they own, or their ebay name and link to their items if they are current sellers, so I can look at what you guys are selling and if there is any I will point out all their fake items.

The ones with no PSA JSA o UDA you know the ones I am speaking of.......Are you not bright enough to understand that? OR are we selectively choosing what questions to answer like always? Seems you guys love to do that as already pointed out.

Stick to deflecting away from yourselves. Even notice the innocent ones dont need to deflect? Wonder why you need to? Odd behavior here. No one is picking on 1 guy, but sure does seem that one guy sure does come up often when speaking of forgeries. Strange I can name many sellers that this dont happen to...Wonder why that is?

Maybe learn what an opinion is. I said he has sold fakes and I seen them I never said he made the fakes he sold, thats my opinion. So maybe if you guys know something more maybe you should tell us.

How can it be defamation? As Wascher says it has to be untrue. You sell fakes, that is a fact!
