What is up with Substance Collectables - Milton Luban

and like all good threads there are discussions witin discussions but this sub-discussion came up on a dealer Milton Lubin & http://www.substancecollectables.com/boxing_hall_of_fame___1
It appears that in 2003 although the Lubans were properly served but they failed to answer the complaint.
Jason went on further in one comment;

On 17 May 2012 the guys who were building a file heard the following news : He received a letter from the lawyers of Prince Marketing and Super Star Greetings today. Telling him to remove all items and images of Joe Frazier, Micky Ward, Roy Jones Jr, Hulk Hogan, Chuck Zito, Vinnie Paz and the Super Star Greetings logo. This guy is total scum and is getting what he deserves.

I wont pu the photos yet I will leave them as aces in our hands till we have too but I believe there is enough here to make your minds up if this is true or not.

Recently I received some photos that appear to have been photoshopped and were alleged to be used by Milton Lubin to promote his product offerings. The one on the left is what has been alledged as the real one while the one on the right has been alledged as fake ones that were used as "proof" pictures.

Since I have no dogs in this fight and Milton Lubin is an AML member here as was pointed out in the intial thread above, it would be pertinent to have some feedback on these claims and allegations.

Strange answer. I and others that care enough to be here don't buy cheap items but nonetheless the items we buy are authentic and from reputable sellers. YOU have no idea what we buy but we have certainly pointed out in this forum items that are from you, I mean Subdtance Collectibles that are fake, contradictory statements on the Substance website and proof of photoshopping. If Milton is not man enough to address our claims one by one then in my opinion I assume guilt on the part of Milton for running from the question about the photos.
Milton does have a partner that buys cheap items at internet auctions for $200-$300 and they are later found on Substances website at ridiculous prices. So Milton buys cheap items.
Milton is your typical evasive crook. When confronted he runs.

What happened to Milton saying he would be back to answer questions about his photoshopped website photos? I think he chickened out because he could not defend himself. Obviously from his absence of returning, as he stated he would, answers our questions and tells everyone about the kind of person he truly is. And his cronies also vanished when they realized it was the Steve Cyrkin who stepped in to shut their filthy mouths up. Bring it on Milton. What do you have to hide???

Isn't it funny that when talk began about "lotless2014" Milton and a couple of others chimed in suddenly? What is up with that? "Lotless2014" told me they had an autographed Ali boxing glove to sell at $800 and began to say how after ebay fees of 15% and PayPal fees of 5% they would end up with a little over $600 and that was pathetic. I then asked twice to list it so I could buy it but no further responses. The seller did ask me prior if I had anything to trade......LOL.....Like I would send them an item to trade and never see the transaction completed. Really odd! My take is the seller chimed in with all his cussing then asked Milton to come to his aid in this forum to just cause a distraction from the forum talk then Milton ran with his tail between his legs. Typical of a scammer to not face the forum pertaining to Milton and his business practices.

After a few conversations on my end I (we) in this forum believe with the proof already provided in this forum along with your being asked to explain the photos on your website showing you with athletes is questionable. You, at this point, have opted out of coming back to the forum to take a stance on some of us claiming you illegally photoshopped yourself into photos with athletes without the knowledge of those athletes.. This action on your public internet website is referred to as fraud. We would like your statement as to whether these photos have been tampered with by inserting yourself into each photo for the purpose of advertising on your website or if each photo was taken legitimately with each athlete. I am prepared, and I'm sure other members would support me, in reporting you to the State Attorneys Office in the state your website was created in and does business from as conducting and producing a fraudulently developed website which should be investigated. If you do not reply with how these photos came to be then I (we) will assume that you do not wish to answer these claims and will resume with resolving as stated herewith.

Justt turn it all over to the State Attorneys Office and let them investigate.

Keep it going. Milton gets every one of these posts in his email inbox as we post so he can read about himself. He is the star in this forum....LOL.....omg......the sound of that makes me feel gross but as he reads these he probably gets excited about all this attention. He is probably stupid enough to show all his family and friends this forum and say " hey look mom, I made it big" .....LMAO.....wait......will have to come back later. I am photoshopping myself into the family Holiday photos. I was out of town when they took photos so this is the only way to show everyone I really have a family with these photos. See ya. I'll be back. This may take a while. I have to get my poses right first with one pointing my finger up to the right and one up to the left so depending on where I put myself in a photo I am always pointing to the person next to me. I like to point my finger at the person I stand next to in EVERY photo I ever take. My brother likes to box so I will need to do some poses showing my fist too.
