Another Queen - real or fake?

This album comes with a COA made by Roger Epperson/REAL.

Now. I know Roger Epperson is a member of this forum, and I also know he's a trustable authenticator. But what makes me confused is the yellow pencil marker used for the signatures...unless it was signed in the late 80's. What do you think about this?
