Elvis autograph - please comment

Hi friends,

After seeking Elvis autograph for long time, finally I can find one sign cut with JSA certificate. The seller has accepted my counteroffer at Usd 850. So I would like to know your opinions if this one is good and is the price reasonable?

Thanks so much Dan, Tyler & Brian. I am very glad that I choose the right one since There are a lot of good faked autographs in market especially from Hanns Banker.
