Some time ago I seen a beatles set that had been restored By a professional, they touched up the boys signatures around about 15 percent of the signatures were reworked.

Does anyone have any idea if this is a good idea to have signatures restored and would anyone have any pictures of reworked autographs.

Does it effect the value of the sets or signatures?

Thorsten, I'll I have to do is find a George for my Sgt pepper and I'll have a full set.
No I wouldn't do that.

i once saw a Pepper LP where all 4 signatures were placed in.... So once was done with a Help LP... (but at least it was said when sold).

As for the white record cover on that restauration site - if you just lay it flat on the item- just for looking purposes, then it is ok.

I am still looking for a signed Beatles LP by George or on the White Album picture.

I didn't see the white album on the site have you got a link to it.
George on a white album or pic, I haven't seen one.

There are very few George WA pics signed.

I mean the hey jude 45 white sleeve on the restauration site.

That's for sure George was fairly elusive character.
Thorsten you should friend me.
See Adam did a write up on the Ringo piece you posted he was thinking of buying it Thorsten.

I have seen the post. The Ringo album is a good piece (no one would add a signature with such a long dedication on an album)

Ringo is a great piece on the white album. Do you have any pics of the help album as long as they disclose it when they sell fair enough.

"Somewhere" - i have to check the other day where the photos are.

Yes thorsten. I know why you said to buy the signed Ringo white album it would go with the John and Paul. Well at least you have me thinking.
Thorsten
Did you ever contact the eBay seller who had your George implanted cut and find out any info.
