Musicians Who Sell Their Signatures In Shop.

We now have a Musician-Direct Autograph Sales Forum where you can post individual discussions of new offerings. It's a big change—and a big improvement. We closed this discussion after 8 years but it will always be available to read.

The new system has been in place for 2 months now and it's working well.

Though I recall a member posting a blog asking about this a while ago, I could not relocate it for my purpose in this discussion.

It can be nice when one stumbles upon a musician's shop (via their website), to see that they are selling their autographs. I figured this could grow as a wee database for listing those musicians who partake in this.

I recently recieved a couple press photos signed in ballpoint from John Mayall's website (http://www.johnmayall.com/merch.html). I am also aware that you can purchase signed CDs from Peter Noone of Herman's Hermits(http://peternoone.com/store/). John 5 ( formerly Marilyn Manson, Rob Zombie guitarist) sells various items signed, with an option to dedicate.

So, does anyone else know of this being done by other musicians?

What do you think Adam is it a full size surfboard? Are you going to get a package ?
Most artist do that now Billy corgan signed 1000 albums for his new pumpkins album. Nike minaj had auto penned her album. Hand signed my arse.

I think I am going to hold off, I had contemplated getting the album signed package, still contemplating a little bit too (going back and forth, we will see). I am really looking forward to this album. I hope that he announces a tour though, I would look forward to that.

Not sure about that Surf Board, but for that price it had better be!

I will probably buy a signed Lp. Most of these things are usually hand signed.

Im for the lps Ian. Brian is good to his fans. Id like to see him on American idol but I don't think his hip enough for the kids.

It would have to be real surfboard. Just they do pre sales and half pictures of what their selling. Hope the albums good.

Don Felder (Eagles) ex guitarists signed book is 30 bucks autographed. He also has signed cds, photo on his website. his book is pretty good.

Best Buy is selling preorders of the movie Fear Clinic that come with Corey Taylor's (Slipknot) autograph.
Also Amazon occasionally carries autographed cds.. they had Bette Midler at one point and still have country singers Sam Hunt and Jason Aldean. They also have Boyz II Men and a few others.Newberry Comics just started preorders for the new Three Days Grace cd signed as well.
