I don't doubt it Paul. It may be ok, I just see some things I personally don't like is all. The problem with these old guys is he's been dead for a long time now and even when alive us autograph hounds weren't getting him. We have no 1st hand knowledge of his signing habits or styles like we do with Roger Waters for example and it all come from 3rd part study.

I did, here is exactly what I see. Zoom in and I see these little hitches in the ink. This can be caused by one of two things. Either the sharpie (which btw looks brand new and fresh like it was signed yesterday) has a small split in the tip or it's flattened. Usually when I get a sharpie going for the first time I press down on the tip to fatten the tip slightly to promote better ink flow. But sometime what can happen is it creates these little hitches at the sharp points like shown below until it is broke in. It is either that or those are start and stop points and if I had it in person, with that glossy cover looking carefully at the ink you could likely see if the pen lifted and started again. This is what Grad is looking for with that scope thing he uses, the actualy ink flow. Again Paul, will never be able to examine this in person but I'd look carefully at those two points if I was you. Again Paul, it may be ok, but there are some things that concern me personally.

So heres a clearer pic boys. The I like stiegs pointed out and I see the o at the end of Harrison looks to have stopped and started may not be. Be cool if Roger could comment. I can live with a fake Harrison if it were forged. Id just learn from it.

This cloud nine looks a bit different than others I have seen - but i havent seen any Cloud nine looking identical to each other. In this one the "arr" bit in Harrison looks a bit to "clean" but I wouldn`t say it is a fake.

Paul, That "i" is the smoking gun and given all the other oddities I am now 100% sure this a fake and if Roger had actually had this in person he would say the same thing. The issue is he normally just looks at pictures because people don't like sending these expensive items back and forth to TPA's. I would present this evidence to whoever you need to and get a full refund.
Paul, I am very sorry to break this news to you. You are good guy man.

So Roger needs to hold it in person and you don't? That is quite cocky. I am not an expert so I won't give an opinion, but that is an insane thing to say unless you have some hidden expertise you aren't sharing.

I am saying I doubt Roger had this close a view via his initial image he had. And had he had that, or this in person he would be able to see the stop and start point. Just look at it Adam, anyone can see the circular outline at the top of the "I", this happens when you stop a stroke decisively. Then you see where they started again just below it and in fact it doesn't even line up with it, he goes off the left side a bit. This is the smoking gun my friend.
As far as my skill level. Well, I pointed out those hitches from the very first crummy image and sure enough I was right. I do know what I am talking about, that is what 25 years of in person graphing will do and if I sounds cocky I am sorry, I am just really confident in my knowledge Adam. And for the record AGAIN, I like Roger, he is great at what he does but like every TPA he makes mistakes too and he's be the first to admit it.
