Are these signatures traced over? 1933 Cubs Team Ball

Take a close look at these signatures. especially the Babe Herman and KiKI Cuyler.  I first noticed that these looked a little shaky so I blew them up.  it appears that they are traced!

This ball is being listed by ebay seller Jamesc4770, and the key signture, Cuyler,is being represented as "perfect" and would rate a 10.  I disagree.

Yes, you can definitely see the shadow left behind by the original signatures that were retraced. I'd love to see how that ball looks in hand, as it also looks like there's a heavy layer of shellac on it.
