Have you any informations when (year) the sigs written? It's easier to verify.

I disagree with Alexander Mehl, no need to gather info as to when the sigs. were obtained, it makes no difference, they are not real.

I see some positives with these signatures, but just cannot see enough to be certain.

The photo was taken on the set of the UK television show,"Big Night Out" on Feb.23, 1964...the day after The Beatles returned from their first trip to the US. I've seen the same photo...(or one just like it)...authentically signed by all 4...the signatures are somewhat faded...could be legit...

I have no idea why Bernie claims both sigs are faked. In both sigs are significant signs visible which looks genuine. Therefore it would be easier to have some more informations of dates of writing. There are indeed some uncommon marks but not enough to say at first sight both are faked. I think I know what he means: letters "go" in Ringo, the loop in the "o" and the connectionline to the "h" of John. The big "e" and the missing distance between the double "nn" of Lennon. The angle of the complete writing of Ringo Starr is correct. The bigger "R" of Ringo comparing to the "S" of Starr is correct. It seems that in the "R" the double line is visible. The connectonline written from "o" to "h" is wellknown in sigs from late 1963 and 1978 (Cynthia wrote in same way!). Sorry Bernie Chatzky. I wouldn't say that both are faked and must have more information to say both are genuine. That's the way trying to be sure.
