Correct me if I am wrong, this one it's been offered at heritage? hard to believe, I have dealt with them in the past and they are 100% accurate and trustworthy.

But to the question I feel the signatures are total forgeries/fakes, any good collector will tell right away just by taking a quick glance.

the innuendo album and inner sleeve Fran made this post about is indeed fake (although the blue roger is genuine). The item being sold at heritage is the poster Patrick posted a link to, which is genuine. sometimes the threads here can look a bit jumbled up.
