Psa are supposed to be pretty good with Ruth, they usually put one of their better guys on them. I always look at the sellers other items and immediately saw the shady Lebron HS jersey and a bad Jordan jersey.  I don't like that pearly white over 50 year old ball either. You can always quick opinion it with PSA.
