Dale Earnhardt Sr Autograph- Real?

Anyone have an opinion the autograph in the picture?  I have an opportunbity to buy.   The seller says he "got it from a yard sale" which is a red flag to me obviously, but it's in a nice frame, etc.  Thanks!
