Hi, I'm new in autographs and I'm planning to buy an Emma Stone autograph, but i wanted the opinion of experts and some long time collectors.

I found some on ebay and on webpages

Two of them are on ebay sold by Press Pass Collectors with PSA/DNA COA(althought before i saw that people claim that sometimes they sell some false autographs)

Another comes from Top Pix autographs the one with Emma's face smiling and blue letter

And the last one is from Autograph Ink Group the last one

Paul there is but you know what eventually it gets too ugly because you always try to help out some one by telling them that item is fake etc and then you get death threats and over the years the game has become a very ugly scene. So I turned 40 and said to myself you know what I gave it a good run I now have photos with most iconic people I want and some don't even do the photos with anymore. And I have in my collection who I need etc.

So I said its time to get out , I was doing premiers and coming up sometimes empty or a fight would break out etc. I have made a few good friends and over the years most my clients are friends I can say I have over 50 clients that are my friends that we chat and hang from time to time no joke . In this game as well people or so bitter and jealous. So I did not want to be doing this till my dying days . I now manage a store that my buddy opened and am happy I don't need to worry if I will make back the train fair the hotel the meals etc.

I still invest money in it last few weeks I have done loads of private signings etc so am happy with that for now. As long as I can cover my rent am happy but I will never get rich selling autographs never ever .. Best Jason

Thanks for the insight, you can tell the industry is a little twisted. The death threats are ugly and I wonder how many Steve gets annually.
Sorry if I'm off topic again.

Yes paul this is why I kinda thought I would rather do it less and less and in places where its not war. I go to rome and cannes and there is no battles there because we get passes etc and so we avoid all the dog fights and the ugliness.

The biggest battle this days is the real ugliness the bitter and twisted jealous people everyone always feels they deserve more from the other guy .

I am way to chilled and relaxed I have no time for this crap because you will blink and your life would have gone and all you will have to remember is stupid crap..

Best Jason

You are more than welcome you are doing the right thing anyway it's your money and you the right to do what's right . Unfortunately it's a s*** hobby the majority of the people that sell are scum and very few to be trusted shame but true . By the way there is 3 top hounds in Canada that use exact proof on every item maybe they have some exact proof Emma items one is Joseci78 and the friendly stranger both do exact proof that's the best way to feel 100% safe is this what you want .
Best Jason

didn't knew of Joseci78 im gonna look for it,but yesterday Rich recommended me friendly stranger and he has one from '07 emma stone graph with the exact proof, also i was considering that one

You know where i can found the Joseci78 items? Thanks

Pedro the Toppix one you posted is fine as are the ones Rich pointed you too and any of those are authentic. Always go by the autograph not the seller regardless of their reputation.

I'd agree in principle, but with Emma - can you authenticate those?  I see only ugly scribbles with little consistency.  In cases like this aren't you kind of stuck with A) try to find an earlier, more legible example that has some ability to be authenticated or B) only look to the sources with the best reputations?

Dan has made a very good point here Pedro, go by the graph not the seller!

Yeah, Im looking for the graph, but as newcomer i need to be sure is real. So thats why i ask for the opinions for real emma stone graphs, many sellers have them but i need to know if is a real one

Emma Stone used to be easy to authenticate as she signed in blue pen and the same style most times. As her fame has increased her signature has become a squiggle and easier to forge but those shown match others I have seen others get in person

Thanks, maybe i choose the one from toppix or this one of outlaw hobbies

Norbsob 99 I think if you type in Emma stone exact proof you can find 2 photos. There is video but you cant really see it signed. Your doing the right thing by being overly cautious. If Pete speaks against the Outlaw one, I would avoid them. When it comes to easily forged signatures. The reputation of the seller is paramount in my opinion.
