This appears to be another fake and this seller seems to sell one every month using a seller name referencing how religious they are and offering to donate a percent of the sale to a cancer organization.

In my opinion, as I am somewhat familiar with Trek signatures, my advice would be to not take the jump. One of the signatures looks off to me. Something just doesn't ring true with this piece for me, but that's just my opinion.
Even though I certainly don't have a stranglehold on these signatures, everything about this reeks of being fake. Questions galore, starting with how most of the cast members ended up using the same silver paint pen. Poster looks mint, which is a bit puzzling since it would have been rolled and unrolled multiple times. Obviously, getting signatures at cons helps as far as creating a clean, pristine item. But I don't think Stephen Collins or Robert Wise ever were a big part of the con circuit, and all of these actors were not at the same show at the same time. Mark Lenard and Deforest Kelley passed away in the 90s and haven't signed anything in 20 years. This all brings the "cleanness" and lack of pen variation into question.
Also note that at one bid for $500, a grand total of one Trek fan was actually convinced this was authentic. This should have attracted much, much more attention and heavier bidding.
Awful fake.
