Do these two pieces of paper are from the same moment?

Hi everyone, I would appreciate your opinion on this issue: These two pieces of paper are the handwriting of George Harrison. Both were sold by Tracks in the last months and both were cut in the same shape. Do you think that these two pieces were cut from the same paper? Do you think that these two pieces were written at same moment with the same pen? Thanks in advance for your answers.
