For my two cents, it looks secretarial, like someone trying to (poorly) imitate his signature.

Thank you, hitmanten. Yes, it looks nothing like RFK's known authentic exemplars. His signature has no loops on the "R" like this signature shows. I do know that it is really signed and not an autopen.
