I am sending it to him to verify.  He saw it and said it was def Prince. The seller lived in Prince's hometown

Alfie Pettit sold a signed brown paper bag for a couple grand back in the late 1990's.

Prince is one of the few stars where people say "He never signs" you absolutely believe it.

Been in this hobby 25 years, rarest signature of anybody.

Prince autograph authentication is so important right now I've set up a forum category for them:

  2. One for those that are widely believed to be genuine.
  3. One for questionable ones.

Please add autographs you posted in other Prince discussions into the appropriate new discussion. That way we can build up a database of organized examples to make avoiding forgeries easier for everyone.
