Is this Billy Joel auto real?

Looking to buy my mom a really nice mother's day present at a reasonable price and I stumbled across this signed Billy Joel Nylon Curtain vinyl. Any thoughts on it?

Its probably good but its more of a sloppier "street graph". There are usually better signed ones in that price range.

The price reflects the ring wear on the album as well as the price sticker residue and the fact it is more of his modern scribble.

The signature is fine, just a bit messier than his stuff from the 80's and 90's.

The nicer stuff is actually drying up a bit but you can still find it between $300-$500

Its good and really not that sloppy.  Ive gotten worse.
