Harry Potter cast (not believed authentic) - bought through a dealer

Definitely not authentic; sorry.

Hi David, yeah I had a strong feeling on the negative about this one, but this was when I was an inexperienced collector. I always go by the code of autographs now to protect myself should an item turn out to be false, whether it is the fault of the seller/dealer or otherwise.

Just for your reference, here is an example from my own collection which was obtained by a good friend (and HP specialist) on the set at the time of filming Prisoner of Azkaban in England.

Daniel, Emma and Rupert (circa 2003 I think).

PS:  notice the very distinctive shape of the 'D' in Daniel and the junction between the 'd c' in Radcliffe.  Most forgers get this completely wrong.

This shop thankfully is no longer present in Basingstoke. Wonder why. That's a really nice three-piece autograph set from HP. I'd imagine its worth a little bit, too.

I moved onto UACC/RACC dealers and I had mixed success when buying through them so now my buying list or just general obtaining through shows is a very small list. I like doing meet and greets now as well.
