I agree with all you guys, to me it looks off but sellers says it has a full LOA from PSA.

Is the certificate legit?

I typed in the certification number on their database and it does come back to the item.

I agree, Steve. I am not familiar with this style of his signature either. I personally wouldn't buy it though.

It has a number of MJ characteristics but also some things that don't make sense to me. If it's real it was an on-the-fly scribble, so almost anything can happen.
