I can't comment on the history of this item but it is a Squire Fender Strat.

It appears to be signed by Anthony Kiedis, Flea, Chad Smith, and John Frusciante. 

From what I can tell the signatures look close considering there appears to be slight variation in signature styles over time. 

Not sure if this is relevant but the guitar itself seems to have a good amount of surface where including deep scuffs and scratches to the finish.
