Would the cover of an album turn you off buying a signed lp?

Let's say you wanted to buy a Prince signed lp, but the only album you could find was a, Dirty Mind lp or a Love sexy.

Would you be man enough to buy it and hang it on the wall?

What would stop you from buying an autograph you really want, would it be a footballer in another teams jersey that you don't support.

I've been tempted to buy a couple of Prince LPs but, in the end, passed because of the cover.  They had nice signatures but a picture of guy in his underwear takes some of the shine off the signature, IMO.  Maybe I'm just narrow-minded.

I would rather have a "Love God, P +" on a Parade LP than "Love Prince" on a Dirty Mind album.

Also, the ink is a big deal to me.  I usually prefer a nice ballpoint over a marker, especially on items pre-1990.
