because it looks nothing like authentic Strasburg signatures

that signature looks more like Steven Wright than Steven Strasburg:

The guy said he had the autograph for a while so idk if Strasburg signature looked different earlier on.
It has a coa from divdan33, but that probably does not mean much

Ebay seller Divdan33 is "Not A Registered User" on Ebay.

If you look at his Feedback and the final bid prices, he was probably selling forgeries.

This one definitely is a forgery.  

Why is his feedback good then?

The majority of sellers who list and sell forgeries usually have good feedback because they ship their forgeries fast.

Approximately 80% of the people who buy autographs, purchase forgeries.

Forgeries are an easy-sell on Ebay because Ebay is so heavily-populated with delusional autograph collectors.
